Why?
oauthlib 3.3.1 has a security advisory. The SDK uses oauthlib through requests-oauthlib for the OAuth 2.0 device flow, so it must not resolve the vulnerable version.
How?
The lock file moves oauthlib from 3.3.1 to 4.0.0. ATTRIBUTIONS.md is regenerated for the new version, and SPEC_PLATFORM_SERVICE.md now lists requests-oauthlib ^2.0.0 to match pyproject.toml.
