Subject: [PATCH] style: one sans face and 'workflow' as the noun everywhere

- --font-heading flips to the sans (one revertible constant, with --fw-heading), matching OpenAdapt Cloud and the phone decision portal. Page titles 28px; cards drop their shadow.
- User-facing copy says 'workflow' instead of 'task' (string literals and JSX text only; identifiers, routes, ids and test ids unchanged). The primary button reads 'Record a workflow'.
- Tests updated to the new wording.
