Pin Core 0.15.1, including the merged TypeScript workspace-source resolution improvements. Update the provider-table engine version and README to match.
Uses fix: so release-please proposes a patch Action release. No manual edits to Action release bookkeeping.
Validation: 25 Action input/sync tests passed; git diff --check passed. Published-package compatibility must wait until Core 0.15.1 is available on PyPI. Publish Core first, rerun any install-related failures, then merge this PR and the generated patch release PR.
Depth and authentication settings are unchanged.
