The code that was used for PDFfit2 installation stopped working due to a change in conda. This code has been redone and now GSAS-II can install PDFfit2 either in a separate Python installation (preferred) or in GSAS-II's Python. It will be installed when PDFfit2 is selected in the RMC window. Testing has been on Mac only.
Lots of cleanup & refactoring was done with the PDFfit2 code to move the majority to the relatively new GSASIIrmcGUI.py file. The install location for the separate Python is now in ~/.GSASII
